For us, being a reference in the area of business and nautical sports services means pursuing growth aligned with the development of society and environmental protection through projects related to social inclusion and leisure activities, as well as through adopting ecologically sound procedures.
 
With this in mind, to promote social well-being we offer our employees scholarships, medical and dental care, life insurance, workplace safety training, first aid, and access to activities including Yoga, Shiatsu and soccer.
 
In order to spread ecological awareness, in addition to segregating and properly disposing of waste, we give lectures and training on oil spill containment, fire-fighting and environmental education.
 
In 2015 we obtained the Environmental Operating License from the CETESB, or Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo.
