With this in mind, to promote social well-being we offer our employees scholarships, medical and dental care, life insurance, workplace safety training and first.
 
In order to spread ecological awareness, in addition to segregating and properly disposing of waste, we give lectures and training on oil spill containment, fire-fighting and environmental education.
 
In 2015 we obtained the Environmental Operating License from the CETESB, or Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo.
